We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 2 PM 24-hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
The Union Square Plaza Hotel is seated at 432 Geary Street in the heart of San Francisco. We are near fantastic restaurants, shopping, live theater, a vibrant nightlife, and premier art galleries.
Union Square Plaza Hotel is a Historic Place and does not permit wheelchair and mobility accessibility to be readily achievable without destroying the historically preserved nature of our Hotel. At this time, we do not have a room that is ADA Accessible for mobility impairment for wheelchairs but we are working with the San Francisco City Planning to find a solution to more readily accommodate guests with mobility impairment. We do, however, provide the accessibility features for individuals who face audio or visual impairment including ADA A/V kits for our guest rooms.
Guests of our San Francisco hotel enjoy our 24-hour front desk, complimentary WiFi, baggage storage, and Fax and copy services. Additionally, our smoke-free hotel provides a concierge service and a tour desk. For an additional fee, we provide an airport shuttle service. Parking is also available off-site for an additional fee.
Metered street parking is available. Guests can also choose nearby parking garages for two-hour parking and overnight parking.
Complimentary WiFi is available for guests.
Children are welcome. All children younger than 2 years old stay for free in a crib. We have no rollaway beds. However, infant cribs are available. The maximum number of extra beds/cribs in a room is (1) one.
ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel. Absolutely no pets are allowed.

Terms & Conditions
This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This a 100% non-smoking property. If the smell of smoke is detected in your guest room, there will be a cleaning fee added to your folio. Guest acknowledges that smoking and vaping is not allowed in a guest room or common areas. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
